Winters at The End are not for the faint of heart. Icy winds and frosty waters replace the sunny skies and warm sand. With slight haze and crisp juicy notes, Cold Day IPA is the perfect beer to warm the spirit and help remind you that even the freezing days are beautiful ones.

A: hazy; deep gold in color; 1+ finger finely pored ivory head that receded to a thin cap; nice lacing;

S: not especially aromatic; what's there is orange and pineapple;

T: follows the nose from start to finish; a little bit of a bite; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;

M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; dry finish;

O: good, but not memorable;

Slightly hazy gold color on the pour. Big puffy white head with ample lacing. Aroma is both sweet citrus, melon and resiny dank hops. Taste profile follows...citrusy melon to start with slightly bitter resin finish. Mouthfeel is sticky and creamy. Not too boozy but has a kick. A very nice brew.

Hazy, yellow color. Big white head. Citrus, pineapple, and malt in the aroma. Hoppy taste with moderate but distinctive bitterness. Something in between the two styles.

Look - golden orange, creamy head, scattered lacing
Smell - musty, citrus, orange
Taste - orange, melon, peach, apricot, pine resin
Feel - med body and carbo
Overall - 6.7% ABV A nice blend of citrusy flavors define this brew. Fruity sweetness on the finish balanced with a little pine resin and hint of spice. Overall, it's a good brew. Pair this baby up with Come as You Are by Nirvana and enjoy!

Earthy orange appearance with a one finger moist khaki head that fades quickly and leaves minimal to no lacing. Juicy citrus notes, pineapple, peach, faintly sweet. Medium body and carbonation.

19oz can.
L: Hazy, burnt orange colour with two fingers of off-white head that collapses quickly and leaves a few isolated spots of lacing.
S: Soft citrus, mostly orange.
T: Marmalade and resin. Very nicely balanced. Low, low bitterness.
F: Medium body with moderate carbonation and some sticky mouthfeel.
O: A solid AIPA. Rich fruit and resin but very little bitterness. Maybe a little over-carbonated for my preference but an easy-drinking 6.7% (dangerous!).

Look - poured into a half pint glass. light golden in color, hazy, with a huge 3+ finger head and moderate lacing retention.

Smell - a combination of sweet citrus, pineapple and some dankiness. overall pleasant.

Taste - sweetness from the malts hit first, followed by moderate bitterness. with light citrus notes detectable. balanced, but still a tad too much sweetness for my taste in a hazy IPA like this one.

Feel - medium bodied, average carbonation, and reasonable ABV for the style at 6.7%.

Overall - not a huge fan of this one, mainly because of the sweetness. despite being a hazy, not really a New England style. has balanced profile and interesting flavor notes though.

Hazy amber body with a nice white head. Aroma of pineapple & grapefruit. Mildly sweet with some bitterness. Flavors: tangerine, grapefruit & hops. Feel is thin with marginal carbonation but lacking enough alcohol to entertain the tongue. Overall: nice & thirst quenching but could be better.

Pours the color of a hazy IPA. Head was there and poof now barely there. Nose is ever so slightly citrus. Taste is similar to pineapple, sweet and citrus. Good beer.

This is an average IPA at best. But probably the best offering I've had from this brewery. Light gold in color, egg shell head. Nose is bready malts, citrus, maybe some honey dew melon, a touch of pine. Taste follows the nose. You can detect the bitterness and astringent qualities. Mouthfeel is light to medium and finishes dry. Drinks much lighter than its ABV.
