Poured into a Gulden Draak tulip. Pours a hazy, light to medium golden amber with a quarter finger white head that dissipates to a thin cap with light lacing. Aroma of wheat malt, wheat bread, coriander, faint orange and floral hops; inviting. Flavor is wheat malt, orange, coriander, floral and lightly grassy hops. Medium bodied with light to medium creaminess. A solid, if somewhat mellow witbier. The aroma is quite nice and the taste is to style, but the flavor seems a little attenuated. Nice coriander level and the floral notes make the hops more interesting than a typical wit. Quite drinkable and could be stellar with a little more depth of flavor.

Look - poured into a tulip glass. light orange in color, hazy, with a beautiful three+ finger head and excellent lacing retention.
Smell - orange juice and elderflower. overall mild on the smell, but pleasant.
Taste - citrus flavors are there, with much more wheat presence than anticipated. a little bit of hops as well. finish is floral fragrance with some sweetness.
Feel - light bodied, above average carbonation, and on the lower end for ABV at 5%.
Overall - a light, crushable, but solid Belgian white that is a bit more floral than similar beers of the style.
