500 ml bottle, at Die Kleine Bierstube, Aarhus. ABV was 4.9%. Beautiful reddish brown colour, big off-white to beige head. Nice aroma and flavour with notes of münchener malts, caramel and rye bread. Moderate bitterness.

De Labirratorium. En copa de hefe de Bavaria. Muy bebible, aunque le dije hecho en falta algo más de dulzor, quedando algo seca y aspera. No obstante, deja con ganas de mas y gustosamente la repetiría

500ml bottle. Footed wide Flute glass. Brownish amber color, crystal clear appearance. Beige froth remains as a thin layer on top & some lacing on sides. Toasted malt, subtle caramel aromas, herbal hues & underneath dark fudge chocolate. Toasted flavor followed by clean herbal bitterness & fruity notes. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Smooth & silky palate with spicy touch. Bitter/sweet finish. Slightly chocolate & dried nut memories on the aftertaste. Easy drinkable & very well balanced. Refreshing & delicious sensation.

 

 

The colour is somewhere inbetween brown and amber. On top is a moderate size off-white head that causes plenty of lace.

This one smells roasted like a porter and malty sweet, with a clear touch of hops shining through. I might have mistaken this for a dark Belgian ale for a while if I would have been wearing a blind fold.

The taste starts off somewhat sweet and fruity (prune) and finishes fresh and slightly sour, almost like rye, with the hops making their mark too. Roasted aftertaste with a raw or earthy shade to it.

Creamy mouthfeel with pleasant carbonation and a medium to light body.

This landbier poured a clear, deep amber color with reddish-tan foam that slowly settled and clung to the glass. The smell was mildly malty with spritzy hops in the nose. The taste was a pleasant, dry, malty flavor with a good balance of hops. There was a touch of dark malt flavor mixed in. The hops were lively. The mouthfeel was smooth and dry, and relatively clean. The body wad medium with good carbonation. This was a very drinkable and enjoyable Landbier.

4.9% abv beer in a 0.5L bottle with a red and blue label. Poured a nice looking dense light brown colored head that faded slowly leaving a wall of lace along the glass. Glowing chestnut colored beer is just dark enough that you can't see through it. Solid aroma of caramel, nuts, and spicy hops. Yum, nice nutty flavor up front on top of a cocoa malt base. It's almost like a full flavored brown ale. A hop tea flavor enters towards the end providing a nice contrast and adding a light bitterness. Moderately light body goes well with the almost crisp flavor. Really tasty and enjoyable.

Copper red color, quite dark. The foam has some holes.
The smell is caramel malt (quite light, indeed), and cane sugar.
At the taste, beside the sweetness of caramel (again, quite light), it is perceptible a small amount of hop bitterness.
The body is medium-light.
Monotone in the aftertaste (sweetness).
Nothing remarkable. After a while it is boring.
