Nice looking golden color, crystal clear. Not so many bubbles. The head is not abundant and dissipates very fast, leaving very little trace. The aroma is not very pronounced by nice and inviting. Malty, bready and hoppy. Surprisingly, I smell no grassy aroma, typical of the german hops. Here I only get some mild earthy character, as in british pale ales. The taste is close to the smell, with a slightly metallic finish, but not unpleasant. The carbonation is not aggressive, which is giving a pleasant mouthfeel and a somewhat creamy texture. Very sessionable. Ideal in a hot summer day!

A: The color is clear golden while the compact, medium-tall head is white. Decent lacings.
S: Clean malt and some bitter hops. Basic, but not in a bad way.
T: Close to the smell, but way more bitter hops. Very bready malt, somewhat sweet.
M: Long bitter aftertaste, medium smooth body and rather strong carbonation.
O: An example of when the basics are the right choice.

Half litre bottle, poured a small thin head, golden colour, not many bubbles, clear. Hoppy aroma, detected some Fuggles/Goldings plus what might have been Spalt/Saaz? Tasted fruity, had a balanced hoppy bitterness. Medium body, moderate carbonation, texture neither smooth nor coarse. Overall a well made, balanced refreshing beer, seemed to lose some of it's aroma and taste half way through but regained it.

A 500ml bottle with a BB of Jan 2012, so it's a little out of date. Picked up cheap from my local beer specialist.
Poured into a tulip pint glass. A clear golden colour with good carbonation. Forms a large head of frothy white foam that lasts for a minute or two before subsiding. Aroma of light malt with a dry, yeasty character. Hints of sweetness and a subtle stale note in the background.
Tastes of light malt with a mild bitterness. Hints of grain, caramel and yeast. A faint stewed hop bitterness upon swallowing. Slightly stale cardboard note in the background. Mouthfeel is smooth and full-bodied for a lager, with tingly carbonation. Mildly astringent. Aftertaste of light malt and stewed hops.
Decent - a cut above your typical lager. Nothing stands out in particular, but the flavour is rounded and the body is nice. Worth sampling if you stumble across it.

This is a little bit dark for a Helles but it is alright because of it other features I'll forgive it. It has a deeper than average gold color. I guess that is the best way I can describe it. There are a lot of small bubbles that lead to the frothy white head. The lace is a little spread out. It has a grainy and light hoppy aroma. I found the flavor to be herbal and grainy at first with a bit of a slight biscuit like background. It is a light bodied beer with just a bit of carbonation to the feel.

Pours a clear dark amber brown with a sizeable light tan head. Nose is pretty muted. Hops are all that seem to peek out. Flavor is mildly sweet with what seems like a grain-like influence. Feel is okay. Not much really happening there. Drinkable, sure. But for the price? Hell no.

Poured a golden orange with a large white head and good lacing.
The nose was floral hoppiness and grass with mild malts and mayeb soe fruit. Not what I expected from a MHL.
The taste was sweet malts and a floral hoppiness which I thought was balanced very well.
The feel was a great balance of sweet and bitter, cut by the acrid carbonation; I think it worked very well and made for a great beer, especially if you're a Pils fan.
I think this is an excellent brew and would drink it all ngiht if I had the chance again.

Tall bright white head resembles a dense foam. It fades briskly into the glowing sunshine colored beer leaving some nice looking patches of lace. Crisp malty flavor with tasty herbal hop highlights. Clean aroma has bits of flowers, pale malt, and a light perfume/alcohol air to it. Solid body with a sharp mouthfeel works well with the flavors. Tasty and refreshing, what's not to like?

500 ml bottle, many thanks to Gr0ve who supplied it to me from SmartClub Norway. Pale golden colour, decent head. Moderate carbonation. Moderate aroma of aromatic hops, some fruity and grassy notes. Flavour is reasonably hoppy but the malty base is very moderate. Fairly dry mouthfeel, bitter finish. OKish helles.
