Cloudy lemon with cascades of carbonation, and 2 fingers of white head.
Smells of caramel, honey, and a light floral fragrance.
Caramel, malt, honey, biscuit, and honey dew melon.
Light body with moderate carbonation.
Got in Chiang Mai, drinking it here Feb 22nd, 2017. I'm enjoying this more than I typically like the beer style. Stands up to the name, just still looking for the hefe, aside from in the appearance.

Pours a hazy, pale golden-amber color, with a decent, spongy head.
I am spontaneously floored by the overwhelming intense, crisp lemon note in this. Underneath, there is a pleasant, bready straw characteristic, which turns out to be not overly spicy, which leaves the focus on the sour lemon.
Has a soft mouthfeel, with a lively, bubbly carbonation, which builds a nice interplay with the profound wheat profile.
Begins with soft white bread, which has a lemony sour note to it, wrapped up by mineralic stones. The beer then turns sweeter in a pleasant way, featuring a rich wheat profile, gently pleasant by white lemon zest. Finishes with a bubbly carbonation among ripe banana and a bitter, dry exotic touch.
While it drinks pleasantly easy, with a great mouthfeel to it, it provides a unique lemony character, adding a whole new, well working twist to a wheat, heading slightly into a duvel tripel hop direction, while remaining less sweet.

Slightly hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh, grassy with some orchard fruit notes. Taste is really balanced. Clean malt profile with a hint of wheat sweetness, light fruit notes, fresh and bright, slightly bitter finish with some grassy hops. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it's fresh and easy to drink, makes for a good summer beer.
