Copenhagen 23/9 2015. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh. Ø. A stag on the label to communicate that this beer truly is a "Wilderer Weisse".
Pours hazy reddish brown with a mid-sized off-white head. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam. Moderate lacing
Aroma of sour berries, citrus fruit and currants.
Medium strong carbonation and a watery palate.
Flavor is sweet fruit follows by a rather bitter lingering aftertaste. A bit heavy on the bitter side with only subdued sweetness.
More "Wilderer" than "Weisse".

Hazy orange color with beige head. Aroma has brown sugar, dried fruits and some marmalade. Taste is earthy, bitter and yeasty. There is some classic weizen character as well.
