Beer #12 of the KALEA Beer Advent calendar. Best before May 23, 2020.
Appearance - Hazy, rusty gold color and capped with two fingers of white head on top. Good staying power and lots of lace.
Smell - Citrus of mandarin orange and some grapefruit and lemon zest. Fairly subdued.
Taste - Some grain, fairly weak hop flavors, some citrus with orange being the most prominent flavor. While American in style there some English type aspects here too with Caramel, Pilsner and Wheat malts. Amarillo, Columbus and CItra are the hops used.
Mouthfeel - Light bodied, good expressive carbonation but not overdone, easy to drink.
Overall - Not the best IPA out there, but a solid addition to the calendar. Worth a try.

On tap. Slightly hazy amber color with white head. Aroma has resiny, earthy and leafy hop notes. Taste follows with earthy hops, light bitterness and mellow taste. Light body with medium plus carbonation. Easy drinking and light.
