Die Therese is our interpretation of a festival beer. The strong blonde has a malty, honey-sweet smell, with warming honey, fruit and caramel notes in the taste. The drinkable beer is a limited edition and only available during the festival beer season.

Enjoyed vom Faß at Tap-House Munich in Munich on 27SEP22. Listed as St Therese Heller Bock on their menu, a 0.3l serving cost me €4.90...
It was a clear, medium golden, with a creamy white head. The foam ebbed fast, but left lovely lacing. Nose was bready and crackery, with nice malty sweetness along with subtle fruity notes. Body was solidly medium, with a silky, smooth feel.
Taste was lightly sweet, with more bread and crackers. Had a smidge of pear and green apple, and a hint of spicy hop action and floral notes in the finish. Decent, all in all! Prosit!!

From the bottle, it pours a hazy light golden amber with a modest, soon diminishing, head. The nose gets some pineapple and citrus, along with a bit of malt. The taste is primarily malty, with some honey notes.
