From the bottle, it pours a clear amber color with a nice white head that soon reduces to a nice ring and leaves some lacing. The nose gets a bit of sweet malt and some grass. The mouth follows with a nice malty flavor and a bit of spicy hops. Feels smooth and easy in the mouth.

Surprisingly fruity! …and funny because by the time I have finished this bottle, I hardly remember anything about it at all. What I do remember though, is that it is a little different than your Austrian marzens, it has a bit more hop bitterness to it, which is good to have, just like the 6% ABV. Was quite good for a change over the Austrians.
