Copenhagen 22/3 32018. 33 cl bottle from Meny. Drawing of big Oak barrel on the label.
Pours dirty orange with a small white head which disappears immediately. Big chunks of yeast whirling around. Not exactly pretty but pretty authentic.
Aroma is intense and quite sourish. Sweet vanilla, brown sugar and whiff of alcohol. A little boozy despite the fairly modest ABV. Strong sour and slightly chemical notes. Lighter notes of humid basement.
Strong carbonation and surprisingly thin texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by stronger sour bitterness. Aftertaste is sharp and sour and finish is semi dry and acidic.
A bit on the harsh and acidic side.
