Medium: Capped + shaker glass.
Opacity: Light hazy and cloudy.
Color: Golden with excellent activity.
Head: Foamy and slightly creamy beige 3 fingers.
Legs: Very good with decent swirl reaction.
Smell: Caramel/Banana yeast.
Taste: Pomegranate/Wheat/Floral.
Feel: Bready/Juicy/Light sourness/Leafy.
Body: Full slick and a bit oily, but quite smooth.
Carbonation: Moderately crispy and prickly.
Overall: Hopfenweizen with a delicious fruit profile and lots of hops, the mix creates and interesting white. High quality craft.
