On-tap (Hivernale): Poured a hazy dirty brown color ale with a light off-white foamy head. Aroma consists of caramelized malt with some wooden notes and some resinous hops. Taste is also a mix between some caramelized malt notes with some wooden notes and some off-balanced resinous hops. Barrel-aging is not overly apparent. Body is somewhat light with medium carbonation. A weird experiment and not something I would go seek away right now.
