This organic wheat ale shows a nice yeast profile with its banana, clove and bready aromas. The taste exhibits this typical wheat twang and the organic grains/malts give it a kind of earthy character that I do not like particularly like but thats what you get in my experience when using organic ingredients. Furthermore, frothy head, refreshing, balancing bitterness and body due to oats not watery and smooth well integrated carbonation. Well crafted. Decent organic choice

330ml bottle. Shaker glass. Pale brass, foggy appearance.White & lively froth creates close but quickly dissipated crown. Intense herbal aromas, as well as banana, fresh bread & hints of vanilla to the nose. Sparkling upfront. Light body. High carbonation. Oily to watery texture & fizzy palate. Earthy bitterness & quince astringency.
