De color ámbar, con dos dedos de espuma de buena retención. Cuerpo y carbonatación media. Aroma maltoso y afrutado. El sabor es ligeramente dulce pero nada destacable.

25 floz. ltd edition bottle. Shaker glass. Released at Mediona Fair 2012, enjoyed on jul´12. Pours bright orangish amber in color. Foggy appearance. Off-white froth creates lasting crown that leaves a thin layer on top & lacing collars on sides. Complex aroma profile: Pale malts, subtle crystal & sweet malts, resins & pine with subtle underlying ripe fruit. Sweet maltiness at first sip. Kind bitterness, resiny hops & citric touch. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Fruits & orange zest in the middle provide an astringent sensation & linger along with hops into a long finish. Oily texture. Refreshing & delightful. Bitterness is sharp but well balanced by malts. I had a perfect pairing with Tex-Mex nachos & cheddar cheese cream.
