Had this on tap in a pint glass at Vivo! in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Clear golden ale with a thin white head. No immediate scent present. Refreshing yellow apple and wheat flavor along with light hops. A bit of sour grapefruit in the aftertaste typical of a pilsner or blonde ale. A bit flat on taste and scent half way through its life. Light hop flavor and a thin white head reappears after spinning it. My first beer from Brimmer, and it was decent... not spectacular, but meters ahead of macrobrews. I'll try the others as I find them.
