On-tap. Snifter glass @ II L“Hospitalet Artisan Fair 2014. Custard yellow color, cloudy appearance. White crown leaves some spots on sides. Aromas of toasted bread crust, granny Smith apples, hints of pineapple & brett. Smooth upfront showing notes of green pineapple & biscuit. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Texture is dense to watery. Gentle sour & malty flavors resolves in a fruity, kind & sweetish finish. Hoppiness arises on the aftertaste & leaves a dried sensation to the throat. Refreshing & delightful.
