On-tap. ½ Pint glass. Enjoyed at I Poblenou Artisan Beer Fair jul´12. Pours dark copper in color. Foggy appearance. Beige, medium bubbled, froth. Good retention. Some spots on sides. Toasted malts, hints of vanilla & nutmeg, herbal & floral notes, slightly bready touch to the nose. Sweet & smooth upfront rounded by fudge chocolate notes. Subtle bitterness in the middle. Funny spicy palate. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oily to watery texture. Dry bitter cocoa finish. Refershing. Very pleasant drinkability. I got a perfect pairing at home: 330ml Ausesken Torrada bottle with Mexican quesadillas.
