Poured from a Crowler that was filled at HiJinx, thx again Marilyn!
A - Dark amber chestnut colored pour with nice clarity, light carbonation, and very thin lacing. Very thick looking with nice legs on the sides of the glass when it's swirled.
S - Toasted caramel malt, some nuttiness, some traces of lightly smoked malt, and a small amount of brown sugar.
T - Toasted malt, some faint cinnamon, a slight touch of vanilla, roasted caramel. Very balanced finish that leans more towards the malty side.
M - Thick and full bodied with a velvety texture.
O - This beer has lost some of the cinnamon and vanilla character but it's still enjoyable.
