Poured from a 12 ounce can into a pint glass. Decent white head, mellow yellow body. Not much aroma, just a hint of the Cenntennial hops. The brewery claims that local malts are used. Mild hops flavor on the first sip. This is a nice pale ale, one that would be appropriate at a Shad Derby Festival.

Served at Barnum Publick House on tap. It's a nice easy drinking beer but it really lacks in flavor. It's hard to pick out the flavors here since they are barely detectable. Some sweet malts throughout and barely a hop note to be found. It's clean and smooth but unimpressive.

12oz can: this beer pours a clear golden color. There was a bit of a white head that didn’t linger long but leaves some lacing. The nose is good. Some flowery and citrus notes. Some malts in the background. The taste is good. A good malt body with a touch of bitterness. Mainly a citrus hop bite. Nothing fancy, just a good, solid easy drinking beer.

Good session-able pale ale for Summer. Nothing to fancy, just a solid beer.

A single hop pale ale is always welcome because it takes the mystery out of the hop profile. You know what you're drinking. In this case a solid highly drinkable beer. The Centennial hop is subtle, but nice. Flowery. It smells like a beautiful girl. The rest of the beer is tasty too.

This is a very good beer. It looks like a beer, smells like a beer, tastes like a beer. Not a hop monster, not an oak aged malt bomb, just an honest amber colored ale with good notes of nut, yeast and grain. Very fresh from a can. This could be a regular ale in my easy drinking collection.
