A: cloudy; dull, medium gold; less than a 1 finger white head that receded quickly to a thin collar; very little lacing;
S: tartness, with cherry in the background;
T: tart cherry from start to finish; tartness increases from the middle through the end;
M: light bodied; highly carbonated - fizzy -almost like a soda; dry finish;
O: the cherry is a nice complement for this style;

What you see is what you get with this beer - basically exactly what I'm looking for in a tart cherry Berliner Weiss. A bit of a weak nose, but very refreshing. Solid example of the style from Back East.
