A: crystal clear; pale to medium gold in color; less than a 1 finger white head that receded to a thin collar; nice lacing;
S: grassy and an artificial lemon;
T: grassy, floral, and lemon; it's the combination of floral and lemon that makes the lemon seem artificial; light bitterness on the finish;
M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation; lightly dry finish;
O: the artificial lemon I picked up ruined it for me;

A: Clear golden yellow. Half a finger of white bubbly head. Plenty of carbonation, bubbles everywhere. Little head retention. It sure looks like a Pilsner.
S: Light aroma. Citrus and grassy hops are prominent. HInts of some other stuff but it’s barely on the radar.
T/M: Strong bitter hops. Floral. Fruity. Pine. Malts are semi sweet with a lingering cracker flavor. First impression is that this Pilsner is well balanced, with a nice not too bitter aftertaste. Some fruit flavors linger. Also crisp with some fun carbonation.
O: I like it. The Mosaic hops are complementary to a tasty well made Pilsner.
Cheers!!

On-tap 11/10/2016 at Willimantic Brewpub in Willimantic, CT, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a light yellowish gold color, with a thin white head that fades quickly and leaves a very thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains grassy hops, lager yeast, light caramelized malts and some citrus.
T: The taste starts out with a strong floral hops bitterness followed by some citrus and caramel sweetness. The malt character is thin but complementary and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good hoppy representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a long time.

On tap at 2 Bros. Pours a translucent yellow gold color with a thin layer of head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is lots of citrus rinds. Lemon, lime, and grapefruit along with bready malts. The taste is lemon and lime with lots of the toasted malts and a bit of a bitter lemon peel finish. Hints of pine at the end with more acidic citrus peel. Crisp, refreshing and lots of carbonation. Overall, very good Pilsner I'll have again. Perfect for summer.

Sampling a cellar temp can poured into a snifter. The beer pours a very clear gold color with frothy bleached white head foaming up 4 cm even with a gentle pour. Several streams of carbonation rise to the surface as the glass rests on my table. The foam recedes fairly quickly to the surface of the beer. SOme clingy lattice remains on the glass long after the foam is only an island in the center of the glass.
The aroma is mild with some grainy malt and a bit of citrus hop character.
The first sip reveals a light crisp body with very fine and tingly carbonation. The beer drinks very easy with its high drinkability from the physical traits. The flavor is similar to the nose with some grainy malt and a bit of pine and citrus rind hops, finishes dry with a bit of astringency lingering but otherwise goes down very easy. A nice crisp brew for the summer.
