Unicorn Farm is our newest IPA! We managed to find some Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, the unicorn of all hops, and used a whole bunch in this beer. Fruity with white wine characteristics, Unicorn Farm is packed with a fabulous aroma, low bitterness and is delicate on the palate.

Another hefty and hazy boy, this is better tasting brew than most. By that, I mean it reduces the amount of corn flake flavor and putting the hop profile (Nelson, Sauvin) up front. It's a potent combination, and I quite enjoy it. The duo are forward with more leather tastes. and that's a win in my book.

12 oz. Can - 14 Days Fresh
A: Pours a thick golden peach color. Two fingers of eggshell colored head. Little retention. Minimal lacing.
S: Pungent. White grapes. Mango. Pineapple. Tropical. Dank. Stone fruits. Hints of bubblegum. Grains. Very nice.
T/M: Thick creamy mouthfeel. Good amount of bitterness. The Nelson Sauvin hop profile is noticeable. Stone fruits. Dry. Earthy. Sweet but bitterness overpowers it. Pine. Grapes.
O: Tasty IPA! Nice inclusion of a different hop profile. More bitter than I was expecting. Another solid offering from Back East.
Cheers!!
