Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear amber color with a small head of white foam. The head fades very fast leaving just a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heaviest of a lightly roasted bready smell mixed with notes of caramel and vanilla as well as a bit of apple. Along with these smells comes notes of cherry and a bit of stone fruit.
Taste – The taste begins with a lightly roasted malt flavor mixed with the caramel and vanilla that were in the nose. There are also notes of herbal and earthy hop as well as a bit of stone fruit. The stone fruit of peach and apricot get a bit stronger, all while some notes of molasses and pine join in. There is a bit of decrease in the other hop flavors as the taste advances, leaving one with a rather easy natured amber taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – Medium light in body and carbonation, both of which are rather fitting for the style and flavors.
Overall – A decent amber ale overall. Fun to try for sure.

Not exactly the most awe inspiring novelty, but it's ale done right. Well balanced flavor with subtle hints of fruitiness and very little bitterness. Very easy to drink, and one of the most enjoyable beers I've had
