Very fizzy and foamed continuously. Had this in Hong Kong so could have been unsettled by the voyage.
Lemon and biscuit nose. Not particularly interesting.
Nice complex palate with a sour finish. Refreshing without being too clean.
The fizz is offputting, which is a shame, else this could be quite a good beer.
