April 2015: 330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, as Birra Roma, lotto 411. B B date 09 2013. ABV is 5.5%. Cloudy amber to reddish brown colour, with floaties in the glass. Moderate off-white head. The aroma is a bit unfresh, but not really unpleasant. Malty with notes of caramel, molasses, dark dried fruits, nuts and wood. The flavour is not as sweet as the aroma made me fear, malty with hints of caramel, a little fruit, slightly woody. Very moderate hops. Nice enough to drink, but probably not something I will buy again.
