From the odd shaped dwarf bottle dated 11-2013, Lot no. 414. The pour is medium amber-orange but so cloudy it looks like someone poured milk into it. A few floaties. There is a long lasting off-white creamy head.

The aroma has some sweet malts, butter, and a moderate hop balance on the nose.

The body is medium to full.

While the aroma is somewhat subdued I become surprised by the overwhelming hop bitterness that erupts in the flavor after that first dose a malt sweetness. Not a beer I would drink often.

This poured out as a murky amber color with some orange hues to it. The head is creamy white in color with a good retention and decent lacing also. The smell of the beer earthy with a bit of earthy and spicy hops on the nose. The taste of earthy creamy malts are upfront with a bitter finish. The mouthfeel is pretty full feeling, it's oily with a moderate carbonation. Overall it's a pretty good English IPA.

Pours a cloudy amber color with a huge, golden head into my glass. Ok, what's with the cloudiness again?

Buttery malt and grassy hops greet the nose. This smells like an English IPA and not the American counterpart. Not a bad thing. Merely a differentiation.

Buttery, buttery, buttery malllt with chewy, grassy hoppppss. Nom nom nom. I don't mean to go there but I'm really enjoying this one.

Again, the carbonation is high. I suppose it's a trademark of this brewery? Doesn't take away too much though.

Check it out.
