I love hefeweizens, and I'm always on the lookout for new ones. Never heard of this brewery, and it was a new addition to the selection in front of me, so, why not. It pours up as a clear gold with an unremarkable thin head. Smells great, though, with the malt/bread dough tones front and center. The taste is very crisp, with even a hint of pepper underlying the wheat/bread overtones. no distracting metallic aftertaste, this is a good beer.
