On tap at the brewery taproom in July 2016. 3.5% ABV.
Light pale golden body topped by a fluffy, very white head.
Moderately tart with some subtle complexity and a light malt base.
Very easy drinking and refreshing, especially after a long day of hiking.

The mango version of this beer was on tap during puckerfest.
The beer pours a golden amber color with light, delicate lacing and pretty decent head retention. The nose is attractive as well, with light mango, a hint of clove and light lemon. This beer has mouth watering acidity. While the beer smells great, it was just a joy to drink. The flavor profile replicated the nose pretty closely, with a dollop of tartness on the finish that kept everything in balance and check. Light and crisp, yet with a very smooth mouth feel, this is one of the more authentic Berliner weisse beers I've ever tasted (despite the light mango). While many domestic Berliner's go completely overboard with the sour level (IMHO), that was not the case with this beauty. The level of flavor in this low abv. beer is amazing. This is highly recommended.

Tart and highly effervescent with a creamy finish. Incredibly mild, yet sour, this beer seems like a real winner, particularly on a hot day. I wish that I had ordered a second one.
