Had this on 2020-02-15 in Las Vegas, NV from a 375ml corked and caged 2017 vintage bottled on 2018-02-09
A - Partially hazy with a a 1-finger white head that drops quickly leaving little lace.
S - Belgian yeast, cherry, pear, fresh bread, light sherry.
T - Sourdough bread with cherry jam. Sherry barrel adds complexity and a very light touch of wood. Finishes with herbal spice and a smidgen of balancing bitterness and mild alcohol heat.
M - Light-medium body and medium-high carbonation. Refreshing for a 9.5% ABV brew.
O - Mild aroma just hinted at the elegance of the flavor. Glad I found this on the shelf.

Beautiful hazy golden color, Big bubbled foamy head. Real mild aroma, faint spice. I don't smell sherry. Oh, the taste is there though. This is a real easy drinker. Hard to pace myself. I am digging the pleasure of a huge swig with this one. A delicious spiced sweetness, but a calm, balanced sweetness no where near cloying. Bright fizz. Everything slightly understated. Sublime.
