Bottle from Jeremy. Golden pour with skin of head. Big yeasty aroma, hint of lemon. Tadte is alsoo big on the yeast, farmhouse notes, lemon zest is more prominent. Liight but flavorful.

there is so much beauty in this, only part of which is that its a delicious lemon saison from a brewery who positively slays. its interesting though, because its not all that lemony, like, its there maybe, but it seems somehow conflated by the hops in this, the natural citrus notes of the yeast, and the very mild acidity that exists in it. its crazy how affordable this is for a cork and cage brew from a heady operation, i really dig the pricing on this. the lemon is there, but more in essence than in being overt and pungent, its all on the finish, even super late on the aftertaste, like way late, it comes on minutes after the last sip, but other than that its lemon teasers from the yeast at times, the hops at other times, and the lemon itself only occasionally, even lazily, which is kind of fun. some belgian yeast notes to the fermentation profile, esters of green apple and pear and orchard flowers in high summer, and also a sort of raw earthiness to the grain, pepper and rising bread dough and some sort of hippie lotion. hibiscus and elderflower, honey and pie crust, also like if getting stung by a bee was a flavor, this would be it. light but satisfying in an almost full belly way, playful and dancing bubbles, pure sex. id pay five times the asking price...
edit: pulled a bottle from this from the cellar last night and shared with my visiting brother who i never get to see, we both love this brewery. the bottle has faded quite a lot, not sure how old it is as the place where the date is supposed to be printed appears to have rubbed off, but at least three or so years, maybe more, and the lemon is largely gone, it was mellow to begin with, not its faint at best, it seems darker, more malty, definitely oxidized in the nose, still wicked on the carbonation and wheaty texture, but the flavors are collapsing a bit, white wine, old paper grocery bag, and wet lumber to me. interesting, still unique as a saison, layered on the ferment, a tad funky, white peppery too, but the lemon brightness is no longer. not as good as it was fresh, not even close, but leaving scores alone, probably not a beer to have aged this extensively, thats on me. still good, but nothing like it was...

This one pours a slightly hazy straw yellow, with a huge fluffy and creamy looking head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like citrusy hops, lemon zest, clove, grassiness, bitter chalk, and some very light funk.
This is definitely citrusy, with some very lightly tart lemon, and a bit of juicy stone fruit, and some orange/grapefruity sort of flavors. There's a mild Dupont-ish saison funk here- more clove and grass than the citrusy barnyard funk of a place like HF or SARA. There's a bit of chalky and grassy bitterness on the finish.
This is lighter bodied, crisp and a bit creamy, with a high level of carbonation, and a decent level of drinkability.
This is a good rustic feeling saison- the lemon zest is not overdone.

Light, frothy, and tangy. This is an interesting and sophisticated take on the familiar Farmhouse style. Dry and zippy with a lively carbonation. Some citrusy aroma. Tastes like hops with both yeast and a surprising bitter hop note. Mineral finish with some added bitterness from the lemon peel. From the 375 ml corked bottle purchased at Haggen Market in northern Washington.

Pale, straw yellow body; lively, fine carbonation; dense, fluffy head. Wheat and lemon aroma. Mild biscuit and cracker flavors with a light lemon tang to things. Medium-light body; soft and billowy on the palate; mildly tart; primarily dry overall.
A light tasting, nicely balanced beer, delivering a refreshing tasting experience.

Served in 12oz teku. Poured a lightly hazy dark yellow color with 3/4inch of of white head that had solid retention and lacing.
The aroma featured bright citrus scents over a gentle grain base, and had nice yeast spice/sharpness.
The flavor profile was nearly identical, but the yeast played a bit bigger role, and countered the lemon aspect wonderfully.
The body was nice, medium-ish (which is maybe a touch fuller that I like in the style, but it worked great here), and featured a nicely dry finish.
Drinkability was awesome, I'll happily knock back a more of these. Overall, another nice brew from what may be the best (it's certainly top 5) brewery in the PNW. Most definitely worth your time when you see it.
