Taster at brewery. Pale golden, mild haze, small ring of head. Fruity, sweet aroma recalls white grape juice. Taste is light and sweet, and not sour at all. A little bit of tang finishes it.

Had this in the summer of 2018, courtesy of elrogish.
Pours a shade of yellow on the brighter side of said color. Fluffy 1/2" white head. Is this one of those rare times where a saison is listed as a wild ale opposed to the vice versa scenario I see all too often here and there? The aroma was wine-esque, lots of white grape and white wine barrel like notes in the aroma.
Taste puts an orchard in your mouth. Grapes, green apple, pear, lemon, citrus blossoms. There is a marked sourness, nice bone dry malt body and finish, more white wine french oak like acidity, although not problematic. Sizeable brett content that is chewy and sticky. Well carbonated. Close your eyes and you can imagine this as a Bruery wine/beer hybrid thing. Light hit of wheat giving it a saison like feel. Tiny bit of spice rack to it on the back end and mouth feel.
This was definitely one of the best Pfriem offerings I've had.

On Tap at Tap and Growler Eugene,
Look: standard wild ale, thin head
Smell: the Riesling grape/Oak comes through, like the mythical dry white grape soda 90’s kids will know about. Sharp sweetness.
Taste: Opens like other pFriem sours (Brett profile and crisp snap), hits palate with perfect rouquefort and crisp apple, no barnyard, just a pinky up fruit and cheese plate in a tulip. Complete with a light and lingering sexy perfume note on the end, it’s a soft clove and floral. This plays with tastes that mead and cider folks would dig.
Feel: it’s all good :)
I really love this beer just plain special, Druif shows how a beautiful beer can straddle tastes from beer-white wine-mead-white grape soda ;). Runs with some of my favorites from Ale Apothecary in Bend.

On tap at the Loyal Legion.
Why are some of these pFriem grape beers so heavy on the honey? Not that I'm complaining - there's a blendd of honey, honey wine, a little spice, a moderate mineral character and of course, a nice tartness with lactic and lemon acids. Nice
