As far as brut IPAs go, it’s a pretty good one. As far as IPAs go, it leaves something to be desired. If you love this style of beer, you will very likely love this one. If you love IPAs in general and have never tried a brut style before, you will probably be wishing you got their classic IPA.

Slightly hazy golden straw color, bottled just one month ago. Light head, modest carbonation. Aroma is fruity, almost wine grape-y. As expected, a dry taste with a mild bittnerness. We've tried a number of this new-fashioned and trendy style, but every example has left us feeling we're either missing some about the brut style, or it's just not our cup of beer. Pfriem doesn't know how to make a bad beer , so it's doubtless well made.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
