pfriem strikes again, man everything they do is so good. this is as good a hazy as ive had in a while, not familiar with eclipse at all, but now i want to be, and its a fine showcase of strata too, light and easy to drink, fully effervescent, straw colored to yellow, soft and and active, airy white head from the tap, wispy and lasting, real refined looking as the hazy ones go. the nose is wicked but the flavor is even more pungent in the same direction, serious citrus up front, papaya and coconut too, fresh and modern, lemongrass, bee balm, chamomile, nettle, herbal like that, tangerine jellybean, wheaty on the grain side i think, dry and light but not neutral, a soft cereal thing to it, nice water chemistry, this is super tight and clean, smarties candy, meyer lemon freshly zested, mango, makes me want to try more beer with eclipse, makes this very distinctive, bold but not harsh, very low bitterness with heavy dry hopping, fruity terpene type character, majorly fresh, so light and bubbly as the hazy ones go, more should be like this, not a belly bomb, i could have ten of these, just delicious. navel orange, clementine, ripe pineapple, fast finishing. light enough to almost be a pale ale to me, so intentional, new school, and almost addicting. have they canned this one? i need to get more if this in my gullet! up there with anything hoppy these guys have ever done, saying a lot i know, but i loved it!
