This unique IPA with Breakside was born from a shared passion for innovative brewing and a desire to create something truly special for the occasion of opening up our new Tasting Room. Combining expertise, we’ve carefully selected a blend of hops known for their vibrant tropical fruit character, to rest upon a light and dry malt bill that adds just a touch of sweetness from the use of rice.

Look: Pale and bright yellow on the pour and in the glass with a silky white head that settles to a lid and leaves good lacing behind
Aroma: Strawberries, passionfruit, a little pineapple, peach, tangerines, gooseberries, kiwi, pink grapefruit, some guava, and bready malt
Taste: Opens up with passionfruit, kiwi, and peach and those strike first before settling in and developing depth. Pineapple and gooseberries come next and steal the spotlight while guava dances around in the background before closing with some grapefruit and strawberries, along with a nice, but light, bite
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and lightly dry on the finish
Overall: This is some good stuff. Two IPA powerhouses collaborate on a NZ IPA you say? Yep, I’m in. A tasty libation with some tropical and New Zealand-hop-ish flavors/aromas going on and in a clean, easy-drinking package is something I’ll always be into as a change of pace IPA. Delicious and worth checking out

Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the chalice. Aromatic with the usual lime plus a touch of apricot and straw. Light body with plenty of spritz on the tongue. Taste is biscuits, and a hint of lime peel with a slight malty sweeness. Very mild bitterness, more like a robust Pale Ale. Some citrus notes and a touch of stems. Highly drinkable if not notable. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 04/03/25.

16-ounce can purchased at the new Tanasbourne location of New Seasons Market in Beaverton, OR. Date stamp reads "PKG 04/03/25". Enjoyed in a nonic half-pint glass.
The body is clear yellow-gold topped with bright white foam. The head shrinks quickly and leaves patchy lacing on the glass. The nose is semi-sweet, and boasts an intense cantaloupe/mango character with a twist of grapefruit peel. On the tongue, this zesty beer is laden with flavors of white grapes and papaya over a lean body of lightly toasted malt. There's a shake of herbs over the finish, which is brisk and juicy. Drinks more like a pale than an IPA. If tropical IPAs are your thang, seek this out.
