Cellared a year. Reddish brown mostly opaque body with clearer edges, khaki head. The orange curacao barrel is well represented in the nose with both the orange and wood standing out, belgian yeast, dark fruits, and caramel accent. Taste has the orange melding into the dark fruits and yeast so well, maybe minor spices on the exterior of the sip, wood is more subdued but carries brown sugar, caramel, and mild dry earth with it. Feel leans lighter in weight, soft, frothy and warm, very smooth. A nice Christmas cordial of a beer that features a new twist that really worked well!

This one pours a dark brownish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like caramel, brown sugar, orange zest, dark fruit, and some oakiness.
There’s some nice barrel here – adding dried and zesty orange notes, some brandy like flavors, and oak. There’s some nice breadiness, brown sugar, and caramel too.
This is creamy, not super boozy, and very drinkable.
This is one of the more unique barrel aged beers have I’ve had lately, and I really enjoyed it.
