330ml bottle served in a pint glass.
Description says: Bière délicatement aromatique avec un soupçon de piment de ñora ("Beer delicately spiced with hints of ñora pepper"). Also spiced with chips of smoked barrels previously used to produce their BFM Saint Bon-Chien Beer.
Brewed to the festival Six Pompes 2013 @ La-Chaux-de-Fonds.
A: Pours a cloudy dark orange color forming a huge bubbled white head. Medium retention and some lacings formed and left in the glass. Lots of small particles can be seen suspended in the beer
S: Spicy and smoky. Malty. Some notes of wood. Quite earthy
T: Spicy upfront. Strong notes of pepper. Quite dry in the mouth. Strong notes of smoke too. A bit woody. Mild bitterness in the end
M: Light watery body. Good carbonation. Dry and smoky aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Gives the impression of being stronger in alcohol. It lacks some sweetness and fruitiness, maybe. BFM quality, in any case
