Tap @ Moeder Lambic - brown color with coal red hints, soon vanishing small head.
Aromas are wine, grapes, wood and hints of spice, clove with pepper.
The character of the beer is still defined by fruity sourness, along with a fitting carbonation and wooden, malty notes. A subtle sharp spiciness was added in this one, which leads to a complex, well balanced beer. The aftertaste remains the same, great sourness rushes down the tastesbuds, containing bubbly fruitiness.
