@ Moeder Lambic - Cherry red color, with subtle brown hints.
Aromas are wine orientated, sour grapes, vinegar and cherries.
This version tastes very convincing, as it has a perfect balance between sour fruitiness with hints of wine and dry, sweet maltiness along with oak. The Sauvignon does not add a whole new flavor to the beer, but enhances the already existing fruitiness in a pleasant way. Grapes stand out, still, they only define parts of the palate, until they melt into a fizzy, dry sourness. The complexity is throughout fantastic, and results in a long sour aftertaste.
