Bottle: Poured a light amber color ale with a huge foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of floral hops is very intense with a nice light caramel malt base. Taste is a mix between some floral notes from the hops with a medium bitter finish and all of this is well sustained by nice light caramel malt base. Definitely an interesting take on US style of beer from an European brewer.

Jurassian Pale Ale :-), limited to 3276 bottles of 75cl - cloudy dark golden-orange colour with a fine stable head leaving a nice lace; robust fruity aromatic hoppiness with notes of orange peel, mango, tangerines and old apples; some almonds appear as the beer gets warmer; sligihtly oily, medium to full-bodied, tart and dry, solid but not overwhelming bitterness; very long fruity finish with a long lasting bitterness - and one more beautiful beer from the BFM !
