very dark in colour, the head is giant and creamy with a beautiful lacing, the aroma shows roasted coffee, prune and some flowery notes, it is smooth with a very strong bitterness, the finish is very long, dry and very bitter with reminiscence of coffee - a wonderful beer; not for the average Swiss ...
