A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a finger high dark tan head that gradually died down and left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of dark malts and chocolate malts are present in the nose along with notes of apple with slight hints of vinegar.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the vinegar-like favors are a more subdued by stronger flavors of chocolate.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer hardly seemed like a stout that is 10.1% abv as it wasn't overly heavy in body and no alcohol was perceptible in the taste.

12 oz. can.
Brewed in Switzerland, canned in Connecticut, USA.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a beautiful one inch tan head over a near black body with lacing, The head does dissipate to a ring in less than five minutes or so. Nose of apples, quince, and slight citrus. As it warms, the Imperial Stout aromas take over with dark chocolate, dark malt, dark fruit coming forward with the scent of bananas even later. Taste is intensely unique, with dark chocolate, lemon meringue, apple pie, and finishing with Amaro-like digestive attributes. Wow! Nice feel and overall, a very unique offering from this collaborative effort between BFM (Switzerland) and B. United International (Connecticut.) Cheers!!!
