Had on tap, first time I think I have ever had a BFM this way, and it did not disappoint! Murky burnt orange with burgundy highlights, with a pinkish head. Smell has great various wine barrels, the oak is bright and full backing the grapes, raisin, slight currant and earthy funk. Taste is much the same, the wild yeast dancing in the background, the wine barrels are incredible. The body is BFM at their best, appropriately sour yet barrel character is deep and complex, wild yeast and fruited malt tones blend in with a finishing acidity.

This one pours a dark brown-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This one smells like red wine, dark berries, earthy funk, caramel, and breadiness.

The malt character on this is just so nice - most of the variants really approach a sort of funky barleywine type feel. There's sweet breadiness and caramel, with an earthy almost like balsamic like funk, red wine, dark fruit, and dmp oak.

This is light bodied, creamy-ish, with a manageable acidity, and basically no booziness, somehow.

There are very few ADSBC variants out there that I don't like.
