This one pours a nearly still golden brown color, with an extremely small head, and not much lacing.

This smells like very funk sour old red wine, molasses, reduced fruit, lemon, and musty funk.

This is quite intense, as is expected from this long running series. There’s a ton of barrel here, just waves of sour, funky red wine, some port sweetness, maybe a touch of funky tobacco and lemony flavors. There’s molasses and some breadiness from the base, as well.

This is medium bodied, with quite the puckering feel to it.

This is pretty intense, and certainly not to everybody’s tastes, but I really enjoy it.
