This one pours a murky and nearly still looking golden brown color, with a tiny head and no lacing.

This smells like rum spice, caramel, tart dark fruit, lemon, red wine, oak, berry jam, and some light vinegary funk.

This is a challenging but tasty beer, like all of this series tends to be. It’s quite sour and acidic, but not overwhelmingly, with a funky, tannic, and just a hair vinegary feel to it, with a nice spicy sweetness from the rum and lots of jammy and fruit red wine.

This is medium bodied, nearly still with just a smidgen of carbonation.

This is yet another fun variant on this beer – the carbonation is maybe a little low, but I still enjoy this a lot.
