Copper brown mixed into red for the coloring, white collar of big and little bubbles. This is amazing variant! Taste has dark tart cherry and vanilla with vinous grape, dark wet oak, and dark fruit starring in that order, with mild barrel funk, must and a kiss of toasted caramel supporting. Smell is more on the vinous barrels with flower and oak accents, pungent barrel funk and cherry with musty grape. The booze soaked fruits in both smell and taste linger on the palate for so long. Feel is tart and somewhat acidic, starts heavier and lightens up through the sip, oh so smooth.
