This is a full bodied stout with a full malt flavor, a sweet lactose finish and a creamy nitrogen head. Milk does a body GOOD!

Ah yes, that most wonderful of all sites to see sitting on the bar in front of you, a “Stout”. Yes “Belgian Strong Ales ” are my current favorite, but a “Stout is like an old friend who you’ve not seen for years come to visit” it gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling. Deep brown to black, head is impressive in size, creamy in consistency, chocolate brown in color as is the thick glutinous sheets of lace that clings longingly to the glass. Toasted grains, caramel, coffee, and sweet milk chocolate all swirl around in the nose. Malt sweet start, top is portly in mouth feel, pleasingly acidic, modestly hopped, semi sweet chocolate dry aftertaste.
