The pour a magnificent jet black color, the head Herculean in size, the consistency of fine cream, the lace thick and glutinous, both a pleasing chocolate brown color. Strong coffee and burnt grains aromas, bittersweet chocolate also noticed, quite a sniffable brew. Nice malt sweet start, full-bodied top, the finish is perkily hopped, pertinently acidic, and a dry long lasting aftertaste to top it off.
