Well, what do you say about a stout whos name means Kiss My Ass in Gaelic, Great would be my response. Dark as they get, the head mountainous, creamy in texture, light chocolate in color and as it evanesces, the residual lace a glutinous sheet to conceal the glass. Toasted grain, chocolate, sweet and fresh, hints of coffee and quite a treat. Thickly malt on the start, chewy top, the finish is mild in the carbonation, hops perky in their spiciness, dry as a desert bone aftertaste and real fine stout.
