A clean, crisp, alcohol free, organic ale which is pale straw in colour. This unique beer has distinct zingy citrus and biscuit flavours, followed by a smooth hop bitterness. Brewed exclusively using organically grown malted barley and hops.

Poured from the 500ml tonic bottle into a pint glass in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This one is labeled as an "organic pale ale" but the description is the same. The beer is a clear pure gold color with no visible carbonation topped with a finger thick foamy off-white head with good retention. Smell is very bready, biscuity, slightly yeasty. Inside is a very light citrus note, but mostly malt. Taste is lightly bitter up front with a little floral hop bitterness along with light citrus peel. Middle is mostly biscuity malt. Feel is lightly carbonated but a little more thick throughout. Overall I'm pretty impressed by this 0% beer. Many of these are reminiscent of selzer water, but this one resembles a good session ale. We'll done.
