Bottle: Poured a brown color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with some light fruity ester. Taste is also a good mix between some caramelized malt with fruity Belgian style ester notes with light spicy notes also noticeable. Body is full enough with a good amount of carbonation. Seems to me like this is a take on the style that bring this closer to its Belgians roots which is not necessarily a bad thing.
